This Company was established in January 2009 with the view of providing Professional Land Surveying Services on affordable housing projects and other survey and Geomatics related work.

Mr G.P Swart is a Professionally Registered Land Surveyor with the South African Council for Professional and Technical Surveyors as well as SAGI (South African Geomatics Institute) who is passionate about Land Surveying.

We are based in Pretoria, Gauteng and is responsible for providing the following inputs on typical Housing Projects namely :

Securing of Compilation Plans, Diagrams and General Plans relevant to the development site
Verification of outside boundary of a development site
Securing Aerial Photography if required
Topographical Contour Surveys
Base-mapping
Providing practical inputs to Conveyancers compiling a Conveyancer’s Certificate
Servitude Certificate by Professional Landsurveyor
Engineering Surveys
Pegging of erven
Calculation and compilation of General Plans
Submission of General Plans to Surveyor General for approval

We have access to the following personnel and equipment:

3 x Total Stations
Trimble GPS RTK R8 System, running 4 survey teams (4 Rovers)
1 x 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser Pick-ups
2 x Toyota Hilux
1 x Technical Surveyors (full time)
8 x Trained Survey Assistants (full time)
