LandPlan was founded in 1967 by the late P.G.D. Swart and has grown over three generations into one of South Africa's longest-standing land surveying practices. Today LandPlan is part of GPS Land Surveys, with offices in Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria and Kleinmond in the Western Cape.

We combine nearly 60 years of cadastral experience with modern geomatics technology to deliver accurate, legally compliant results on time. All our work meets the requirements of the Land Survey Act, SPLUMA, the Surveyor-General and the Deeds Office.
