LandPlan Land Surveyors is a professional and multi-disciplinary land surveying practice with a proud legacy of precision, reliability, and legal compliance. 

Established in 1967 by PGD Swart, a pioneer in the South African surveying industry, LandPlan has grown through three generations of qualified land surveyors. 

We combine decades of experience with the latest technology to deliver accurate and efficient spatial data solutions across South Africa and neighbouring countries.

Our firm specialises in a wide range of services, including topographic surveys, engineering surveys, cadastral work, sectional title surveys, and both terrestrial and aerial 3D laser scanning. We assist private developers, architects, town planners, engineers, municipalities, mining houses, and infrastructure agencies with high-precision data that supports planning, design, construction, legal registration, and asset management.

We are fully registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) and are proud, active members of the South African Geomatics Institute (SAGI). 

Our work adheres strictly to the Land Survey Act, SPLUMA, and the requirements of the Surveyor-General and Deeds Office.
